7 Trumpets Realty LLC,is a full-service, full-time property management company designed and tailored to assist and protect the real estate investor and their investments. We will handle the property management responsibilities for real estate portfolios including the day-to-day details of property maintenance, tenant relations, paperwork and reportsand prepare and fill your vacant units. We provide collection services and handle all tenant issues. We provide detailed monthly statements and disbursement, as well as tax information prepared by our accounting staff. We have an in-house experienced crew on hand for day-to-day maintenance and repairs and work closely with trusted professional vendors to handle and complete capital renovations. We screen all potential tenants for credit, employment, housing, and other references in order to ensure that only the most qualified tenants are chosen. We enforce all rules and regulations. We take care of all tenant disputes, service of all notices and evictions, as well as collections.
