CATS

• $150 non-refundable deposit per pet
  
• no more that 2 cats per home
  
• no kitties under 1 yr.
• all animals must be spayed/neutered
• must be on year-round flea and tick prevention
• must have proof of the above from pet's veterinarian

DOGS

• $250 non-refundable deposit per pet
  
• some size/weight restrictions may apply
• no more than 2 dogs per home
• no puppies under 1 yr.
• all animals must be spayed/neutered
• must be on year-round flea and tick prevention
• must meet specific breed qualifications(see below)
• must have proof of above from pet's veterinarian

We ask that no tenants have more that 3 pets total. All pets must be approved by management, including current tenants who wish to add an animal to their lease. Owners must pick up after their pets outside. All pet owners will be required to sign a Pet Addendum.

Here at 7 Trumpets Realty we love pets. Unfortunately there are some pets and breeds of pets that are not allowed due to insurance coverage and property damage. The pet policy can differ from house to house according to the different accommodations. Please feel free to ask about your potential pet allowance.
